According to court documents acquired by TMZ, Francis accused Wilson of kidnapping their girls after they weren’t dropped off at his house on Christmas.
Wilson, however, disputes the claims. According to her attorney, Athena and Alexandria are not missing, The Sun reports. Abbey Wilson revealed that she had full temporary custody of the girls, while Joe Francis had limited, supervised custody. Additionally, the lawyer alleged that Joe had verbally abused Abbey while they were dating.
On November 18th, 2021, Abbey Wilson posted a photo of the girls on her social profile. The picture showed the girls smiling, meaning they were fine and happy.
